Links Guardian gives users access to a wide range of resources, including link status code bulk check and track, links anchors and external links checks, link Robot tag check, page indexing checks, domain metrics checks, links indexation, and reports.
Except as expressly permitted by Links Guardian, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, create derivative works from, or use for any commercial purpose any part of the Service or access thereto, including the Service or computer code provided by the Service.
Using Links Guardian, you acknowledge that all data obtained through the service remains the intellectual property of Links Guardian, and you agree to attribute URL Rating and LinksGuardian.io to any publication or distribution of such data.
You need to provide your valid email address and any other information requested to complete the subscription process. You need to provide a valid email address in order to become a registrant. It is your responsibility to keep your account and password secure. Links Guardian cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to meet this security obligation.
When you register your Links Guardian account, you give us permission to send email notifications to the email address you specified when you registered. These email notifications may include: your links changes/deletions updates, updates to the Links Guardian toolkit, tips and tutorials on how to use the Links Guardian tools, promotions, and system messages. Please note that you can opt-out of any of these emails at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email we send you. You can also unsubscribe from our emails on the Links Guardian platform. We can send emails by using our own mail service or a third party service such as MailChimp or Intercom.io.
You have to be human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automatic methods are not allowed. Therefore can be automatically deleted.
Depending on the plan you choose to subscribe to, you will be entitled to a different set of features and/or different restrictions.
You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged for the service again, however your plan will be active and fully functional for the remaining subscription days, so no refunds will be given.
Links Guardian reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the service under the following circumstances: The customer violates these Terms of Use; The Customer deviates from the normal models of use established by the Links Guardian services; The Customer is trying to damage the reputation or normal operation of LinksGuardian.io; Links Guardian receives a request for user rights violation from law enforcement agencies. Customer's cancellation of service implies that all obligations in respect of data received by LinksGuardian.io services that are subject to these Terms are valid.
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove features or functionality and may suspend or stop the Service for a short period of time (Maintenance). You may stop using our Services at any time, although we will regret that you left. Links Guardian may also stop providing the Services to you or add or create new restrictions to our Services at any time. Links Guardian users agree that Links Guardian is not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
The Service may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Links Guardian has no control over such sites or resources, users acknowledge and agree that Links Guardian is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, does not endorse such sites or resources, and is not responsible for any content, advertising, or other materials available from such sites or resources. Furthermore, users acknowledge and agree that Links Guardian is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or related in any way to the use of any such content, goods or services available at any such web site or resource.
Links Guardian is a link checking and tracking platform: It only informs the users about their links’ status and isn’t responsible for any change or deletion of them.
WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKS GUARDIAN IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, INCOME OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSS OR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXCEPTIONAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. In all cases Links Guardian will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not intentionally caused by the Links Guardian. The services and information are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

We may change these terms or any additional terms that apply to the Service, for example, to reflect changes in legislation or changes in our Services. You should review the terms on a regular basis. We will post a notice of changes to these terms on this page. Changes will not be retroactive and will take effect no earlier than seven days after they are posted. However, changes relating to new features of the Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you don't agree with the changed terms and conditions for the Service, you should stop using the Service. These terms control the relationship between Links Guardian and you. They do not create any third-party rights for the beneficiaries. If you do not comply with these terms, and we do not take immediate action, it does not mean that we waive any rights that we may have (such as future actions). If any of these Terms are found invalid, the remaining Terms will remain in effect.
